• Ensure payroll is correct for monthly schedules
• Monthly financial reporting
• Stick inventory management
• Management of office assets
• Management of consumables for the Melbourne and Sydney office
• Management of all insurance contracts
• Assist in the creation of internal policies
• Create and maintain branded MS Office templates
• Staff onboarding and offboarding
• Management of leave
• Arrange travel schedule for the team as and when required
• Assist in the creation of marketing material/product brochures
• Edit/review blog posts
• Assist CEO with calendar organization
• Greet clients and vendors
• Respond to telephone and email general inquiries

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to information security in alignment with these frameworks:
  • ISO 27001
  • ACSC ISM
  • ACSC Essential 8
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the combined ISO 27001, ISM, and Essential 8 accreditation, as well as lead the internal and external audit response activities for our clients.
• Continually refine and implement the comprehensive plan to secure our customers' environment, which may involve People, Processes, Technology, or a mix of any of these
• Manage and own the IT Risk framework, ensuring that all risks are captured, described, and appropriately managed.
• Assessing the overall vulnerability and compliance status across our customers' endpoints, systems, and networks
• Manage and own the security toolsets in use:
  • SIEM
  • EDR/XDR
  • SOAR
• Vulnerability Management
• Design and deliver new solutions
• Assess physical sites and services
• Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats
• Perform a security advisory role for projects and operational tasks or queries, such as service tickets and change requests.
• Ensure that our information security practices meet or exceed contract obligations with our third-party suppliers and external business partners.
• Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage
• Educating colleagues about security infrastructure and best practices for information security
• Regularly report on the status of the above items, including providing input into other reporting frameworks, such as the corporate risk register
• Creation, and management of IR playbooks for an automated response
• L3 escalation for SAMP-based alerts
• L3 escalation for CARA-based alerts
• L3 escalation for Network-Security related issues
• Training for the rest of the Cyber Security Team across all areas

Requirements

• 5 yeras+ in Cyber focused role
• Elastic SIEM, or similar
• Linux working knowledge
• Expert knowledge of Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance
• Great communication skills, both written and oral
• Willingness to work independently and sometimes under pressure
• Driving license and own vehicle
• Python or VB.Net development experience is desirable

• Install, configure and maintain an infrastructure environment that includes, Servers, Hypervisors, Storage, Backups, Operating Systems for both on premise and in the cloud.
• Monitor and optimise system performance, reliability, and security by conducting regular system checks, updates, and patches.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide timely resolutions, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and monitor backup and disaster recovery processes to minimise data loss and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement new technologies, upgrades, and system enhancements.
